Azman Airline or Azman Air Services Limited, commonly known as ‘Azman Air’ is one of Nigerian based domestic airlines. The airline was established in 2010 and commenced its operations in 2014 offering its first flight to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (ABV). The airline has its hub base in Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport (KAN).
The airline flies across 11 States in Nigeria, which are: Abuja, Birnin Kebbi, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Maiduguri, Port-Harcourt, Owerri, Asaba and Benin. Azman Airline operates 6 Boeing aircraft for its domestic services which gives a total of 1,073 passengers at a time.

Baggage Allowance in Azman Airline
Checked Baggage
Azman Air passengers can check-in with 20 kg baggage in the economy and 30 kg for the Business class. Infants are allowed to check-in at 10 kg. Passengers who carry more than the required baggage weight are charged with extra fees.
Checked baggage heavier than the required weight which is 32 kg will be declined by the airline because of the international health and safety regulations, therefore, it will be transported as cargo or split into two pieces of checked baggage. Passengers who wish to add excess baggage to their booking, can do that during the booking process or contact the customer service team.
Carry on Baggage
Passengers boarding with Azman airline are allowed to carry hand baggage in the cabin only if their luggage does not weigh more than 10kg, and doesn’t exceed 15cm x 25cm x 37cm dimension. Also, passengers are allowed to carry a purse, handbag or laptop with them on their flight.
Economy Class
Economy Class Facilities
Azman airline operates using small flights on its Boeing 737-300 and Boeing 737-500 and offers standard economy class services. The airline economy class offers amenities such as a one free checked piece of baggage, refreshments, meals, drinks and the privilege of choosing a seat.
Economy Seats
Sitting arrangements in Azman airline are positioned in a 3 x 3 formation depending on the aircraft; this is done to ensure that each passenger can sit either by the window, aisle or both.
Business Class Facilities
Business class offers more comfort, ranging from legroom, variety of meals to choosing any other amenities.
Business Seats
Azman Air’s Airbus A340 has two business class seats which are located at the front of the economy cabin with a seat configuration of 2-4-2. The airline has comfortable padded leather seats with ample storage space.

Entertainment
The airline provides an in-flight magazine, ‘Fly Safe’, for passengers to enjoy a read onboard during their flight. The airline does not offer an entertainment system, but passengers are allowed to bring their own digital devices on-board.

Check-In Information
Online Check-In
Passengers can check-in 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to two hours before the scheduled departure time online. To check-in online,passengers are advised to use the Azman Air website. To process the online check-in successfully, passengers will need their booking reference and travel document details in order to proceed with online check-in.
Airport Check-In
Azman Air passengers are advised to check-in 2 hours before their scheduled departure time as check-in closes in 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights before scheduled departure time. During checking in, passengers must ensure to have their required documentation as well as photo identification. For international flights, a valid passport is needed. For boarding children, their parents must be present at the check-in, while the tickets must carry the passenger’s name. Lack of doing the above listed airport check-in requirement, can prevent the passenger’s flight.
